  2. sorry Doug we couldn’t get a promoter to put us on, we’ll try and do a Brighton date over the summer as the Dome gig was one of our favorites from our last tour.

  7. Dear councillors

I travelled yesterday from Sheffield to Liverpool to see the concert at the Philharmonic Hall and let me say it was one of the finest folk gigs I have ever been to. Electrifying. The buzz in the hall afterwards was amazing and you guys must really have had the adrenalin flowing. All great musicians and Sheema’s mastery of the sitar just breathtaking. Best wishes with the rest of the tour and next time pay a visit to Sheffield please.

  10. I also saw the show at Salisbury, it was excellent, the seats were comfy too. It was also good to hear a fellow feathered friend make an appearance with Jackie Oates during the show

  11. Can I give another shout for a Brighton Gig whenever possible! Please! Love the new album but as I down-loaded it am worried I missed some humorous Parish business within the cd packaging? Not sure I will down-load again I like the liner notes etc.

  14. Really love your work. I am a fan of Pentangle,Jim Moray, Seth Lakeman and the Unthanks. I saw the Afro Celts a long time ago at Womadelaide and was ‘over the moon’ to see them again there earlier in the year. It was joyous! I hope The Imagined Village comes to Womadelaide one day. you really know how to keep folk music sounding fresh and alive. Thank you so much.

  15. Any plans for another gig in Cork?? .The last one was one of the best gigs I’ve ever attended. It’s rare that you see 17 and 70 year olds, bopping to the same band.
